Turn the jobber screw all the way in and then turn it out 6 and a half turns. with a turbo this should be good for about 100 horse power. If this is not enough there is the blank screw but it is on the back of the pump and is hard to get to if you screw it all the way in and then back out to 8 turns this should get you to 150 horse this is real good for wheelies lots of smoke just be careful not to do it to long as you will blow your motor up
