Hope you get that thing bought; although I'd like the 766, the idea of havin' a horse around is a sure fire deal killer. :>)

Be prepared to pay four times the (real) value and don't let it surprise you to find neighbor folks gangin' up on you the day of the sale. For some reason, buying land brings out the worst in people. I hate it. :>(
