Percentages can be deceiving, they can make your point for good or bad, our Government is a pro at using percentages to their advantage.
ie. you sell 12 tractors 10 guys love the tractors and 2 guys are upset because the gas tank wasn't full, now you have an 83% satisfaction rate.
