Well my banker and I were talking the other day about the price of farm land or as most of it is here in this area pasture land with some farmable land thrown in going for 1000 plus an acre and decided that 5 or ten years from now we�d be having the same conversation talking about when land was only a 1000 an acre. However based on the 150 acres I have now with an average of 365 an acre in it a 1000 still seems high. I guess that is the way it will always be. I hope you get what you want and adjoining property is always desire able. Around here it is the custom to offer adjoining property owners 1st right of refusal when you are selling��..
