value of old riding mower

Can anyone help me with the value of an old mower I have acquired recently? I think it is a 1960 riding mower. It is labeled with Clinton engines in Iowa. I was told it has a vertical shaft rotary lawn engine. I can't get it to start but I think it is only from sitting in a garage for a long time. It looks all original and in good condition. I do have model and serial number.
