Like Davis said, knurl it or Loctite it. I'd use Loctite 290. It's super strong and made for cylinderical uses. Just prep the surfaces w/ alcohol, or acetone. But if it's an oil impregnated bronze bushing, I don't think Loctite would work. If that's the case, you might try pricking the O.D. of the bearing with an automatic center punch. I've done this a few times on new fabrication where the reamer cut a few tenths over and it really helps the bushing grab hold. Jim.
