well, i had a similar situation. bought a 52 hp. diesel tractor. it worked circles around a 9n next door. it was cheaper on fuel, cost less, and was easier to operate. wernt american though. david brown 990 - paid 900 for it. only sold it for a bigger tractor to use on more acreage.
