First of all, you asked for what my dream shop had, not what I use now :-). Dimensions that you describe, metal, pole fram with trussed roof. I-B tracks for chain hoists designed to move anything I have from any point to any other. Hydraulic fold bay doors on the end and side. Concrete floor with heat and outside steam boiler. At least 1 drive over floor drain to waste oil tank.

While we are at it, pleanty of power, pleanty of compressed air at every point. Eye bolt pull point anchors in the floor.
