From "The Proud Heritage of Agco Tractors" by Norm Swinford... (excellent book by the way) "The MF 98 of 1958-1962 was an Oliver 99GM with red sheet metal. The two-stroker developed over 78 horsepower." From a comparison of pictures, it appears that the fenders may be the same.
