The 4.2 V-6 has a known problem with the intake gasket at the right front piston letting coolant leak into the cyl. and bending rod. If you had know this info. and nailed the Ford dealer to the wall they would have admitted it and fixed it under warranty. Ford is aware of the problem but will not make it public. Problem starts about 75-80 thousand. Good luck
