I was standing one night where I wasn't noticed in the dark. Some young lads were discussing who the best farm employers were. I got an earfull that night. Heard one young lad say to another," If you don't smarten up MacKay is going to fire you, he is damn fussy when it comes to seed bed preparation. You may think his bark is bad, but it will never match his bite." Gosh that saved me a lot of words, the guy did heed the advice given.
