I once had the kids honda 70 when they were little spark plug fowl alot. I showed them how to take it out and clean it so they could ride it. They ended up stripping the threads in the head. I had a head to put on it but wouldn be able to change it right a way. I JB welded the spark plug into the head.(cleaned it up very well) I thought that it may last an hour maybe a day(hot cold cycle), but atleast they could ride.It never did come out.
