O/T Spyware Lop.com?

I have some web site called Lop.com that thakes over my tool bar and search engine. I can not get rid of it for the life of me. My kids may have downloaded something, I do not know. There web site says that if you download some software from the web part of the agreeement of use is getting them as a search engine or a homepage. Add/remove programs does not work. Has anyone had this crap on their PC and how did you get rid of it??
