Hey Ray, sorry to hear about your loss. I'm fortunate in that I still have the pleasure of working with my dad just about every day. People are often suprised that we get along so well as not just father and son but also as friends. The main thing is to always respect each other and even though we both learn from each other because of our past work backgrounds I always earn alot more from him than he does from me. Dad's in his mid 50's so he's still relatively "young" in many respects, but I know one of these days he'll be gone too and though I'm on the downhill slide to 40 myself I don't know what I'll do without him.
