Yes Dave only the dealer can do this.The adjustment screw is the secret A head design known only to special technicians and TV sitcoms.I hear one must recite a magic poem to get the screwdriver into the secret A head slot just to start adjusting the thing.This is after years of training.Backyard mechanics such as ourselves should never attemp this complicated procedure[WE might make it too rich killing thousands of innocent citizens.]
