JD, I just bought new tires for my wife"s "98 Grand Cherokee and I found the best information at Tire Rack"s website. I reviewed lots of choices but they have a nice comparison system that gives performance ratings as well as customer reviews. In addition, I shopped locally and was told by the Belle Tire store here that the reviews on Tire Rack are usually very accurate. Because of this and with an eye on performance and price I bought a set of Firestone Destination LE 225-75-15 out the door with tax and road warranty for $352.00 Firestone store wanted $475.00 plus road hazard warranty. All other choices were about $450.00 for a set except for Sam"s Club at $350.00 for BF Goodrich. BFG"s had lower treadwear rating and lower Tire Rack reviews. I have had very good luck with Sam"s Club service and if I could get the same tires there I would go back. No matter what the sale was Sears was always high. Best of luck.
