I recently dovetailed a flatbed trailer...what a difference it makes ! So much easier to load and unload...safer too ! It's a lot of work and steel prices are high right now, so I would think you would be looking at several hundred dollars, at least, to do a top quality job. If(since) you can't do this yourself, perhaps you would be better off selling/trading and get the trailer that will work for you. Or you could get a welder, torch angle grinder etc. and learn some new skills while modifying your rig.
