Case 410 questions about 3 point

Hello everyone, my brother has a Case 410 that he has been trying to sell, but it does not have a 3 point, It has the place to mount the top link but the arms are not there he does not know if it had a 3 point originaly or if his fatherinlaw had at one time attmpted to make a 3 point. This tractor has working hydrolic remote. His thought is he could put a 3 point on it and then be able to sell the tractor.
