I would love to see at least the applicable section dealing with this torquing procedure. I'm not a mechanic either but if I can just get the tightening right for clearance then the addition of Lok Tite may solve the problem.
I don't have a FAX but Ken, the other guy on topic, does. If you can find the time to send him a scan then I will really appreciate it.
