dash warning lights,,585 caseIH

I have a warning light blinking. The manual says this particular lamp is not used. It looks like the oil warning light but with a gear around the symbol. looking at my manual it also looks like a thermometer behind the symbol. It started blinking this summer. I thot it might be hyd senor. I`m hoping someone knows this. I don`t know if other tractor models are like this. I don`t even have to work the tractor hard for this light to start blinking. everything works and I don`t smell any over heating of oils.
