I hear that all the time,I think money is tight
and they are afraid to price anything because
they might be to low or maybe there looking for
a sucker and hoping you'll offer more than they
want.A guy called the other night trying to sell
me a tractor and I went through the same thing,he
just kept saying "I'm listening" when I asked him
the price.I told him I can't buy and sell your tractor it's up to you to price it.Then he said
he would just haul it to an auction.
