Some folks use 10% gas or so as an anti gel in cold weather. A couple engines allowed this, today's likely don't in the manual anyhow, closer tolerances, etc.

What the others say, the pump will fail & it will run real poor or way too hot if it has too much gas in the mix. Won't hurt if it's a small % and is not run very hard or hot.

I wouln't get excited about a gallon in the tank, or filling the tank by accident & draining it before running more than a minute or two.

Be big trouble if it was run for a long time on 80% gasoline....
