Being truthful is the best thing. I am at my 3rd job in less than a year, but things are quite different for me. I am just starting my career. Each move I have made is better than the last. I am just a college graduate, but I am working at my dream job (I now have to switch from Oliver to Caterpillar :P). When I left each of my jobs everyone wished me the best of luck and they were very happy for me. They knew I was moving on to bigger and better things. You always have to look out for #1.
