Thanks for all the response guys. Yeah they are hobby tractors although the JD60 has a 3-point and I do use it as a work tractor occasionally. I run them on gas so the large tank is for gas. After reading all I believe I will have kerosene in the small tank so I can switch over, run a little, and shut down for 3-4 months before drainning and cranking back up on gas. I have learned from you kero doesn't gum like gas so having it run through the carb for an extended shut-down is better. Thanks.
