We have three systems. The one on cluster 50 is purrin' along just fine and came back on Thursday afternoon.

The two that were previoulsy on cluster 189 (and now tweaked over to cluster 8 by the download file) have no signal at all. Still just the same two power and pc lights.

I know darned well that we are turned off at an admin level and all they need to do is throw the switch, but the support center is absolutely log jammed and I can't get thru to 'em.
