Dave, my Grandfather started the co. 56 years ago. Four years ago union planted two employees into our 47 employee shop. We struggled to keep them out, they won. Two and a half years later we were on the brink closing the door. We had to shut-down. Now no-body had a job. So with the help of several family members we started anew. Currenty employ 18 great employees with the average age of 34 and average 58,000 each. not a bad wage for someone who wants to work. We get calls weekly from people seeking work. You dont have to be union to live a good life. Some employers really do CARE. Have a great day.
