Target, as well as many other large companys set aside millions for these groups. I can see them not wanting someone at there door if they had already gave $100,000 or more to them. There was a store ( may have been Target) that got a lot of flak becouse they turned down a VFW donation I think it was, about a yeat ago. One of those emails went around for you to keep it moving. Come to find out it was one local person not up on policy. Just need to know "the rest of the story". CLW
