plenty of factory round spokes out there but I think they were only 36" rims, not 38" so if it would be a 38" it would be a cutdown wheel and the cast wheel centers were only on 39 models as I understand. also a lot of F20 on 28" rubber as well. I think all 28" and 36" were made by F & H that made wheels for a lot of manufactures
