Chris,I traded my 02 F-150 lariat for an 04 and I think the best points are, much lower noise levels,better larger mirrors,its quicker,and seems more rigid, I think the fuel consumption is a little better also. thing I dislike most is the high sides on the box. extra I wish I had ordered is the back-up alarm.I am addicted to Fords but wish they offered a diesel for the F-150. hope this helps.
