Bolens 1476 Sell or repower?

I have a bolens 1476 with a wisconsin s14d engine that has failed me again. It was rebuilt several years ago but died once more. I don"t want to put any more money into the old engine. If I install a new engine, what will fit the best. If I sell the tractor as is, what might it be worth? It has a mowing deck, snow blower, and plow blade.
