Scam for sure ! another thing they usually want you to send money western union never send money this way because if you do it's gone forever and no way to trace it.
My friend once in awhile will tease these people on, using a spare email account make them think they have a sucker up until the very end,once one even offer to make him a partner after they caught on he was playing them.
