Willy: 3 point hitches are rated by catergory. I used to have the exact figures, so these are only aprox; Cat I 2,500 lbs at end of links. Cat II 5,000 lbs and CatIII 7,500 lbs. This will give some idea of spread. Whether some of these old tractors will achive this by now is another matter. Those little garden tractors like Kubota and Deere will be Cat 0, as Ford and Fergie used Cat I years ago.
