I had a tractor that sat for around 20 years. I ended up taking off the head and currently am rebuilding the engine. But even with the head off mine wouldn't budge. What got it going was taking out the starter and taking a pry bar to the ring gear. Pretty easy to do only 3 bolts, and it might do the trick. None of the soaking liquids worked for me, and when we pulled the pistons we had stuck rings on all pistons.
