What's a single axle trailer go for out in AZ/CO?U

I'm going to be making a trip out to the old stomping grounds to pick up some parts and I'll be needing a decent single axle trailer, 14 inch tires, 2500 GVW or so.. Maybe a 5 by 8 or 6 by 10.. It's gotta carry an old jeep with no drivetrain in it, behind my 4 cyl pickup truck. Any of you guys know what one of those goes for out there? Here in NY new they range around 850-1200, and I can't find any used ones. I'll be going thru Phoenix and Denver, so if you know any place that sells trailers at a super price, let me know. It's either that or make one and carry it along in the back of the truck.. I do oversize escort work and can't drag a trailer during work.The trip west will hopefully be a paying escort run.
