i think the flat core plugs are called welch plugs,,, napa will have or can get them,it may be best to let the machineshop put them in if you dont know how, or get someone who knows to show you, you basically scrape the hole till its very clean and nick free, put some indian head permatex in the hole and carefully flatten out the welch plug just till its flat and no more.i use a small ball peen on the plug and hit it with a bigger ball peen... .lucas
