You might tey Bailey Hydraulics, and I believe Mcmaster-Carr, Grainger, and MSC all carry it, but what you need is a little book called the Hydraulics Handbook. It has charts for cylinder forces at different pressures, fluid flow through orifices, tubing, etc., as well as formulas to figure out just about anything hydraulic or pneumatic related you might want to do short of hiring an engineer. I believe it's still only like a dollar or two so it's money very well spent for the amount of info it provides.
