Some do, some don't.
A 340 may have a 2 point fast hitch instead of a 3 point too. Or it may just have a drawbar.
PTO Could have been deleted for credit when the tractor was ordered.
You'll have to look and see what each particular one has.
And that's before you allow for nearly 50 years of modifications by previous owners.
