Pretty soon the letters will start flying that as a free American citizen then can do what ever they please. That includes riders on tractors where there is no place for them.
How is it some people think they are too smart,too fast and too strong to be involved in a incident?
What was he doing or had been drinking that he drove into the side of a train?
