You should be able to get hoses made up that will attach to the fittings your steel line now attaches to, or else get hoses made up with fittings with the straight threads and "O" rings to screw in where the present adapters are.

Be sure to use a "tee" rated for hydraulic use.

Alternately, you may be able find a hydraulic hose "tee" at your hose supplier's that 3 hoses can be crimped to, so it would eliminate buying three hose ends plus a threaded "tee".
