If it's a row-crop it could be a 971 or 981 as well - Were there 701 series SoS machines, there were no 700 series machines sold around me it seems so I'm not familiar with those at all. The pto is not working right, it should be a live pto - lever(s) behind your left heel, could be either the x7x which is live, or I believe the x8x also has a ground speed selection.... --->Paul
