I have owned 5 of the Navistar powered Fords and have had good luck with all of them. If the oil and coolant have been changed the motor should be good for another 2-300 thousand. The dual mass flywheels are expensive to repair,however I had 285 000 km on my last one with no troubles. My current 2000 has 160 thousand km on it now and is due for ball joints, but no drivetrain issues at a similar mileage to the one you are looking at. The price is at the top end considering the rust issue. Flat bed is a little better for farm use anyway. Take care Roy
