I am going to send them a letter saying the following: Pay me the $100 for the 90 gallons of propane in the tank and then I will pay you your *^&^$ $21. If they still insist on the $21 and say they are going to take me to small claims or what ever then I will go in and pay the $21 in Pennies, just like one of the postings indicated. I can be a real arsehole if I want too.
