Were they concrete blocks??? If so, new ones only cost about a buck or buck-fifty each... if it were me, I think I'd go buy 4 brandy new ones, drive 'em down to the accounting office, and personally carry 'em in and slam 'em down on someone's desk! Be sure to get a receipt for them before you leave!
Can you tell I've about had it with our utility companies as well??? What're ya gonna do???
