I changed suppliers because my local place would not set up the prebuy price for the winter season and I did not want to get socked for $1.90/gallon propane in the dead of winter. I dont like getting ripped off either. Plus one final note: this place is real small, 2 office/outlets and I think 10 trucks total. If the owner was to kick the bucket or decide to close because of a lawsuit, or someother bad event I could be out of propane and not be able get a fillup. Ferrell gas is large and yes I am just a number now, but I will say this--they sure are a lot more polite and more professional drivers and setup guys than my local place.
