Sounds like the same thing I went through 2 years ago. I switched to another supplier. New 1000 gal. tank for $1.00 a year. Cheaper lp price also. I called National and told them they could come and get their tank out of my yard. It still had $100 worth of their lp in it that I had already paid for. I did not care, I was sick of them. They finally came and got their stuff and promtly sent me a bill for removing "hazerdes" material. Since it was around Christmas time I wrote a check for the amount they wanted and sighned it Merry Christmas you money grubbing SOB's. 2 weeks later I got the bill and my check back with a note attached say how ofended they were that I called them names.
