Hi guys, I know this might not help any on the inside weights, but on the outside farmall weights I have an overhead beam with a chain hoist and I built a bracket like a square letter "c" with an eye in the top, hook the chain hoist through that eye, slide the lower leg into the center hole of the weight, undo the bolts, slide the weight out onto the bracket, and just slide the whole thing down the overhead I-beam and set them down. I can change 4 weights on each side in about 30 minutes. I'm like you guys, when you get to be our age, a little time to think of ways to do things a little easier is a lot better than pain, and it makes us look soooo smart in the wives eyes. Later, Harley
