Guys, having worked for the public, around the public, and for myself, I have found what most of you have found. Only one or two bad apples in each barrel, and you know what? Usually the ones that HAVE the big money are the slowest to pay. Guess they want everybody to LOOK AT ME AND WHAT I GOT and not worry about us "little" people.
