Hi JEFF - I've got a '96 F-250 PSD also.... only axle ratios avail. in '96 were 3.55's and 4.10's. I got 3.55's in My 4X4 at 2000 rpm is right around 67-68 mph.... and I get the same mpg-19-20 hiway at 65-70 mph.
