Had a '83 Dodge 318. Neighbor had one too. I got around 13 and he always claimed 20.

One day I rode with him to town. He drove 45 mph the whole way and it took him about a mile to accelerate to 45.

Think he was maybe telling the truth.

Never rode with him again.
