Whew that is a sad commentary. I haven't found that to be the case with my small business or with the people I have dealt with on the internet (mostly). I do know that on occasion Payment I have made has been lost or drawn from the the wrong account at the wrong time creating a very temporary financial crises that sets my wife and I running in circles, so I try to allow for that in my customers too. The unexpected happens and I expect it to. All has been made very good to me. If I have a problem with a customer and he treats me honestly I will go a long time on a payment due and be right there to deal with them again. The ones I have no time for are the long or no pays with out even a lame excuse. I have a Dr. Customer. He could buy and sell me a couple hundred times over. Always the last to pay. I waste no time charging a late fee on him.
